Two months ago, my family agreed to fund my purchase of a MacBook Air, and the money arrived at the beginning of this month. When I decided to place the order, I hesitated, wondering if I should really spend this money (just like when I bought that server last time lol).
If I buy it, it's like spending six thousand yuan on something I don't urgently need, just to retire my eight-year-old Xiaomi laptop (or to use a computer in bed?).
If I don't buy it, I've genuinely wanted a MacBook for years. Plus, I already have almost the entire Apple ecosystem, so getting a MacBook would complete the computer piece, allowing me to leave behind that eight-year-old Xiaomi laptop that "dies 15 minutes after unplugging at full charge" when I travel.
After agonizing for a week, I finally decided to buy it! Because the anxiety was killing me.

It's truly beautiful! Amazing! This is already my fourth Apple device—the ecosystem experience is fantastic! Some say Pinduoduo's 10 Billion Subsidy products might be genuine but not brand-new, but I recorded the entire receiving and unboxing process and saw no fingerprints or signs of being opened or used. I also verified the serial number on the official website—everything checks out, so I made it out safely.
Emergency Update on the 26th: Apple has significantly raised prices for Mac and iPad product lines, with an average increase of about 25%. My MacBook Air saw an 18% price hike on the official site. E-commerce platforms have sold out or delisted it, and some buyers on Xianyu (Alibaba's secondhand marketplace) even had sellers cancel orders and refund without shipping. Sigh, hesitation leads to defeat! Glad I acted decisively—otherwise, I'd be regretting it for who knows how long.
I've wanted a physical Passkey for a long time but never got around to it. This time, I bought one amid my MacBook anxiety—essentially finding an outlet for that stress (though I ended up buying both).

I bought Yubico's Sky series, which only has Passkey functionality. That's enough for me—I don't need the 5C features (NFC is sufficient).
I also got an AirTag for the YubiKey, visible in the MacBook photo above.
It works great in practice, giving a sense of account security (purely psychological), but the downside is having to carry it around. Shouldn't be a big issue, though.
It's also handy for 2FA verification when using a phone is inconvenient... but I don't even go to school anymore!
The new version (not really new) still uses the coldest and oldest PRiSM PLUS, while the Japanese server already has CiRCLE PLUS! Whatever, I'm just glad to have something to play.
These are still pretty good, though I probably played them a year ago.
And then there's the "so close!" moment—still haven't matched that score since! Still a master at score control (harder than getting SSS+).
Four years! Do you know how I've survived these four years?

Special thanks to 蒂雨茉-伊莎贝菈 for gifting me the game right after release!

Though my sleep schedule's been messed up lately—too tired to do anything, so no energy to progress through it qwq.
This month was basically all about buying stuff—didn't go out, nearly suffocated at home!
Most relieved about decisively buying the MacBook Air from Pinduoduo's 10 Billion Subsidy before the price hike after a week of hesitation—6,199 CNY (approx. $914 USD*) was totally worth it!
*Exchange rate as of June 2026: 1 CNY ≈ 0.1475 USD
