This game is great in every way, maxing out my 3080, but why include horror elements? I'm timid! And I have claustrophobia!

At the end of the month, Requiem was released. I spent 40 pulls and got both the character and the skin. Not bad.

FoxCloud Ran Away

Their machines were being sold at increasingly outrageous prices, and the "family heirloom" events became more and more frequent. They were bound to go bankrupt sooner or later. In the end, they ran away on May 7, 2026, and all machines were shut down. Luckily, I was staying up late that day and saw the notice, so I migrated immediately. Otherwise, the notice went out that night and the machines were shut down by noon the next day — I wouldn't have been able to retrieve my data.

Trip to Hefei

I'd made plans with the friend I went shopping with to go to Hefei to eat at Hamazushi!

Every time I go to Hamazushi, I get teased: "You come to Hamazushi to eat fried chicken? You might as well go to the McDonald's next door." What's wrong with eating fried chicken! I mainly don't like seafood, so at Hamazushi I basically only eat ramen or fried chicken (

Then we went to a mysterious arcade. At night, we ate at Xiao Yang Sheng Jian (pan-fried dumplings), which was quite delicious. I remember when I went to Shanghai to meet online friends, I could eat nine sheng jian. Now, four is enough to fill me up, and six makes me stuffed.

After eating, we took a late high-speed train home.

Getting AirPods

The day before going to Hefei, I saw the AirPods Pro 3 on the "Billions Subsidy" for only about ¥1,500, and I really wanted them. So I sent the screenshot to my friends. Most of them said "no money," but one friend actually said "I'll get you one." I was shocked, and then she went ahead and ordered them on the official website, including AC+, for a total of ¥2,348. Since I had just woken up and wanted them so badly, I shamelessly accepted (I'm sorry).

Because I had a trip to Hefei coming up, I asked my friend to choose in-store pickup at an Apple Store. So when I went to Hefei, I could pick them up at the MixC Apple Store.

Monthly Summary

This month was relatively dull. Apart from the trip to Hefei, I stayed at home the rest of the time. I hope to go out and have fun in June qwq

But the AirPods Pro 3 are super useful! I hardly use NetEase Cloud Music anymore. After transferring my playlists, Apple Music is way more comfortable!
